Hi, my name is Oscar González Luna.
I’m a filmmaker/artist and producer working in film and animation.


I’m drawn to media as a space for curiosity and experimentation, where techniques, tones and mediums can shift freely. Narratively, I’m drawn to atmosphere and texture.

My work spans mixed-media commercials developed in collaboration with teams and clients across the world.

I founded Hombre de Carbono, a production company focused on Latin American auteur and genre-driven long-form narratives with international reach.
Our first feature, The Tears of Bael, is scheduled for theatrical release in 2027, and has been featured in Variety, LatAm Cinema, and Produ.

I enjoy music, cooking, the water, the mountains and traveling.
